The entire risk as to the results and the performance of the information or services is assumed by the user, and in no event shall Pharaohs, any employee, sub-contractor, or agent of Pharaohs be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, or imagined damages suffered in the course of using the information, services or software offered via this website or as part of any service provided by Pharaohs or persons in their employ. There is no such thing as perfect security but the staff of Pharaohs has taken the appropriate steps that are available upon implementation. As mentioned above, there is no such thing as perfect security and Pharaohs cannot be held liable or responsible for any such breach of said security.
